Prepare details of gazetted civil servants who are vacant and will be compulsorily retired on the basis of age throughout the current financial year and the relevant department head or head of office shall publish the details on the notice board of the concerned office, district administration office and district development committee office and apply for filling up the posts. It should be sent to the Public Service Commission by the fifteenth of the month.
